Overview
Exotel, the esteemed communication powerhouse, set out to establish the sub-brand ‘Exoverify’ from scratch, aiming to consolidate various business solutions. Utilising features such as nOTP, SMS OTP, and Voice OTP, businesses can authenticate users efficiently, eliminating bots and unverified accounts. Our assignment was to develop a resilient system and interface for Exoverify, meticulously crafted to resonate with enterprise clientele.

I was tasked with competitor analysis, insights documentation, idea conceptualisation via rough wireframes, overall product UI design, and creating
the design system from scratch.

Research & Discovery
We initiated our process with thorough competitor analysis to explore their products. Following this, we collected insights and began crafting the IA according to business requirements, enabling us to visualise the basic foundation of the product.
Competitor Analysis
We thoroughly examined numerous competitors, extensively researching platforms that offer authentication solutions directly to consumers.
Information Architecture
We developed a high-level IA to provide a clear blueprint of our conceptualized ideas, facilitating the creation of streamlined workflows.
Approved final wireframes
After completing the IA and gaining a rough visualization of the product, we proceeded to generate multiple versions of rough wireframes to explore and conceptualize our ideas. Following numerous iterations, we ultimately finalized the wireframes, locking them from a functional perspective. This marked the stage from which we could commence the overall UI design.

Empowering supervisors with an intuitive comprehensive dashboard
To optimise functionality and enhance user experience, we designed a robust dashboard leveraging extensive data resources. Through a clean, minimalist design infused with visualisations and an analytical information architecture, businesses can dive into key insights seamlessly—presented clearly and concisely on their screens.
App creation with 23% reduced setup time
We've streamlined Exoverify's setup into a straightforward 3-step process! With no wasted time or effort, our app setup flow is simple and direct. Users input their email, password, and the name of the app they're creating, enabling seamless integration of the Exoverify app with their existing product.
Simplified and intuitive usage monitoring
We recognised the aversion to sifting through extensive data for analysis. Our initial objective was to empathise with the client's perspective, pinpointing data markers crucial to Exoverify's users. We meticulously organised parameters like usage country, verification statistics, and success rates, presenting them in a succinct, tabular format.

Effortless report generation for supervisors
In our UX enhancements, we not only provided supervisors with comprehensive data visualization but also integrated a user-friendly feature allowing them to swiftly generate usage reports directly from the platform. This streamlined process enhances their workflow efficiency, empowering supervisors with timely insights for informed decision-making.
Exoverify Design System
From the ground up, we crafted a brand-new visual design system for Exoverify, starting with the essentials. By carefully selecting brand colors, fonts, styles, and icons, we curated a unified and visually striking interface. This meticulous attention to detail not only elevated the system's visual appeal but also contributed to its user-friendly design and enhanced functionality, serving the needs of businesses more effectively.
